Director / Registered Nurse
Kirsty is an experienced Nurse with over 10 years nursing background and 7 years as a healthcare support worker before completing her nursing degree.
Kirsty is an effective Nurse leader who holds qualities such as care, compassion, competence, communication, courage and commitment which helps to avoid miscommunication, encourage shared decision making, and provide a sense of working together toward common goals.
Having worked in community and in care homes, she understands the importance of having adequate resources to meet demands in social care.
Being a mother of two boys, Kirsty understands the importance of a good work life balance. , she has learnt the importance of working around her family and lifestyle commitments.
